Background facts:
In 1938, Hazells gradually came under the influence of Grays of Cambridge. Although the final acquisition was not completed until 1941, collaboration between the two companies had already begun. As a result, Grays’ design principles began to shape the Streamline series. The Blue Star was subtly modified, and two additional variants were introduced: the Lady Blue Star and the Junior Blue Star. While both shared the same construction, the Junior version featured a slimmer grip, targeting younger players. These additions marked Hazells´ attempt to expand into new market segments.
